Jan Nintemann has been active in the tech industry for 30 years and, after leaving NTplus (now part of the ALSO Group), which he co-founded, has been organizing B2B theme parks at leading tech trade fairs such as the former CeBIT (for 20 years "Planet Reseller") with his trade fair agency Global Fairs TT-Messe for over 25 years, IFA Berlin ("Reseller Park") until today with 220 exhibitors - as well as formerly at the leading Frankfurt trade fairs Light + Building and ISH ("Center of SmartBuilding"), ANGA COM Cologne, ISE Amsterdam (now Barcelona) and Photokina Cologne. Due to digitalization, Nintemann focused on the growing convergence of the various industry sales channels (CE, photo, mobile, IT, IoT, SmartBuilding). Over the decades, Nintemann has organized over 2,000 exhibitor stands as part of its full-service theme parks. With regard to climate change, Nintemann has been organizing the Studio Climate Conference on the sidelines of the

 IFA Berlin 2019 and 2020) a strong focus on sustainability and the environment. Nintemann developed the concept of "TransformIT Europe" during and after the Covid 19 pandemic.
